Mistress of Martial Hearts Round 2

Chun Li is woken from her slumber by a bright light shining down on her from directly above. She closes her eyes and attempts to turn her head away but feels it impossible for some reason. When she attempts to get her arms up she finds she has absolutely no feeling in them. She groans but even that is muffled by a thick leather bit gag in her mouth. She soon hears the sounds of footsteps coming down from a hall and a person talking. She keeps her eyes on the door until she spots a short haired brunette in a pink nurse's uniform with plenty of cleavage and a revealingly short miniskirt talking into a personal recorder.

“Subjects in the past have expired so-oh. It would appear as though 51 is awake. Perfect.”

The woman approaches Chun Li running a hand down along her arm to the triple set of bindings holding it in place.

“Subject 51 is a Interpol officer and part time street fighter. Her body is,”

She pauses to grope hold of Chun Li's left breast squeezing it between her fingers and then focuses the hand down between the fighter's legs working her fingers a little. Fortunately, Chun Li feels none of this as the nurse draws a hand down along her powerful leg.

“Quite natural. Internal scans have shown her organs to be in perfect condition so even if the procedure fails she can still be of use for harvesting like the others. Subject is awake,”

The nurse leans in for a closer inspection of Chun Li's pupils.

“And aware. Although not to my touch. The paralyzing agent has been successful. I was set to administer a second dose but I suppose “World's Strongest Woman” was just a moniker. Shame. Still, if she becomes a Phase 5 Doll then she can still be of use. So either way I'll get something out of her.”

The woman smiles stroking Chun Li's hair some and heads over to a computer along the side of the wall. Chun Li attempts to follow her with her eyes when she stops and notices the surgical tools resting in a tray on a table alongside her. In behind is a closed monitor and a heart rate monitor as well. She begins to breathe heavier as the screen shows this as the nurse takes notice.

“Subject is nervous. Of course she is. Just a moniker.”

She again smiles to Chun Li placing the personal recording device down on the tray before stepping in behind the top of the strapped down woman's head.

“I'm Doctor Anesthesia, it's a pleasure to meet you. I hope this goes well for us both.”

She continues to smile as Chun Li can only bite down on the gag and wonder what was about to happen. She watches up as Anesthesia takes what looks to be a corkscrew bottle opener off the tray.

“Beginning procedure. Subject 51 is still aware.”

Making note of that, Anesthesia places the rim of the opener atop of Chun Li's head activating the small corkscrew that burrows into her skull. Shun Li cries out through the gag but can't even struggle thanks to the paralyzing agent still in her system.

“Heartrate increasing, otherwise procedure is having no negative effects on subject 51.”

Once the corkscrew has stopped, a thin laser fires out into a quick circle allowing Anesthesia to pull out the bit of skull and flesh leaving a hole an inch in diameter. She rests that and the bit of Chun Li to the side allowing the woman to grimace in horror at the sight of it while Anesthesia takes a flashlight to look around the inside.

“Internal scans appear accurate from preliminary observation. No diseased tissue. Brain is healthy, but ultimately useless. If I didn't have plans for 51 I'd remove the entire thing. However, scar tissue must remain unnoticed for as long as possible. Let's hope this one doesn't have a hair caressing lover.”

Anesthesia jokes to herself as she takes a second claw-like device off the tray and sends it inside the small hole activating it causing Chun Li's body to convulse uncontrollably.

“Easy does it...”

The nurse says working the claw some more as Chun Li begins to calm down as the endorphin within the paralyzing agent fully kick in causing the fighter to begin smiling over her gag.

“Such a cute smile.”

She compliments before removing the goo covered claw and resting it down by the corkscrew opener. She then slides in a wide plastic tube in through the hole activating it to suck out to broken pieces of brain matter.

“Heart rate dropping but not completely gone. Still enough in there to work with, which is good. Not another over eager clawing. Removing the bit gag to see more of 51's smile.”

As Anesthesia does just that, the tube continues to suck out more tissue sending it into an incinerator at the other side of the operating room. With the big gag now pried free, Anesthesia strokes a hand alongside Chun Li's cheek smiling down at the woman's smile coming back up at her. At least until she hears a faster warning from the heartrate monitor.

“Heart rate sinking fast. Damn this one's smile. I'll have to work quickly now.”

Pulling out the tube and letting it drop to the floor with a bit of tissue leaking out, Anesthesia grabs hold of a smaller claw device using it to latch onto a computer chip that she picks up. Flicking a switch to the side prompts the screen to her left to activate showing what the claw was facing toward. After sticking it in through the hole, Anesthesia watches the screen as she gingerly dances the chip about trying to get it on what remained of Chun Li's brain stem. After placing it there she solders it in place then removes the claw and sits back.

“Operating procedure complete. Awaiting results.”

She says watching back at the heartrate monitor, which continues its rapid decline before ultimately flatlining. Anesthesia sighs resting a hand atop of Chun Li's face to close her eyes.

“Time of death to be left unrecorded. Harvesting will begin after I've had some lunch.”

She continues to watch down at Chun Li shaking her head.

“Such a lovely smile too. Hm?”

At a noise, she turns and notices the computer behind her begin to boot up running through a series of prompts. She quickly hurries over to look them over then hears the monitor activating back up again.

“It...it worked! Ahem, I mean...procedure a success. For once.”

She waits until the command prompt screen comes on and she immediately types the command for Chun Li to sit up, which she does upon it being sent. Anesthesia takes notice and begins to type out a new order, this one beginning with the command to speak. Though her mind, in its excitement, draws a blank as to what she should have Chun Li say before falling on “I'm a quacking duck”.

“I'm a quacking duck.”

“Yes!”

Anesthesia celebrates throwing her arms up before resting back further against her chair.

“Phase 5 doll procedure complete. I'll order out, I have command prompts to shorthand.”

The first command is for Chun Li to lay back down, which she does, as Anesthesia begins her work typing away quickly at her computer.

Mai lets out a long sigh pushing herself away from Chun Li's computer inside of the cabin before sliding her hands down along her face.

“Looks like they got to them while we were out fighting Decapre.”

“You mean while you were out destroying the physical copy of the files.” Kasumi adds dropping down a blank tablet as Mai shoots her a look.

“I'll admit that I got a teensy bit carried away back there, but remember that it was my apartment that got scorched because of it. So coming back here wasn't just for getting information.” Mai nearly snaps back as Kasumi falls silent. Once more, Mai sighs calming herself down. “Kasumi, look, I'm sorry. I'm just...frustrated about this whole thing. Chun Li's disappearance, this...tournament, the other fighters just acting like they have no clue what they're even doing.”

“I know, I'm sorry too.” Kasumi replies offering back a warm smile, one that Mai takes and reciprocates on. At least until Kasumi's bracelets begin to glow. “What the?”

“Some kind of message maybe?”

Mai wonders as Kasumi looks over her bracelets seeing a glowing white square, something she hadn't noticed on them before. Pressing it activates a projected screen that hovers above her arm wherever she points it. On the recording is a blond hair blue eyed female in a white blouse top and red scarf with glasses.

“She's pretty.” Mai says crouching down next to Kasumi as the woman begins to speak.

“Kasumi, your presence is requested for your first exhibition bout. Please proceed to the coordinates as followed.”

“Wait!” Kasumi calls out as coordinates appear at the bottom of the screen. Mai goes to write them down allowing Kasumi to converse with the woman. “Who are you? Are you the one running this tournament?”

“I am Miss. Spencer, and no, I am not running anything aside from this message for Kasumi.”

“Who am I facing?” Kasumi asks as Mai quickly jots down the coordinates to look up on the computer.

“Leona. Be at these coordinates by 2AM for your bout or you will face disqualification.”

“2AM?” Kasumi proclaims as the screen shuts off. “Hello? Hello?”

Kasumi groans as Mai goes to input the coordinates into the computer and see what pops up.

“Why is my fight so early in the morning? They didn't say this during the explanations.”

“They didn't explain anything to us.” Mai answers back as a location comes up on the computer of a massive public swimming pool. “Maybe it has something to do with this?”

Arriving at the large outdoor pool in the chilly air, both Kasumi and Mai shiver some as they look around for anyone before arriving at the pool itself.

“I don't see anyone here. Do you even think this is the right place?” Kasumi asks as she notices Mai staring at the pool and then angling up. Looking over herself, she's stunned by the massive framework that's been placed into the pool with ladders on either side. “Whoa! It's like their putting an entire building in there!”

“Sure looks that way. Though maybe that's why your fight is so out of the way.” Mai says with a shrug before noticing a blue haired woman in a short green uniform standing off to another side of the pool. “There's Leona. Hey!”

Mai waves a hand up high in the air calling out to her but Leona just glances in their direction and quickly turns back to the framework.

“She seems friendly.” Kasumi quips as Mai brings her arm down.

“She's just...shy, I think. Never really gotten anything out of her before.”

Kasumi nods watching across at Leona who suddenly turns and begins to approach them.

“Oh! Here she comes.”

“What is this about?” Leona demands as Kasumi looks a bit taken back.

“I'm just as confused-”

“Not you.” Leona says looking beyond Kasumi and Mai toward Miss. Spencer just standing there, her arms hanging straight down along her sides.

“This will be your fighting arena.” She begins to explain. “Your challenge will be a Queen's Rules Keijo match.”

“Keijo?” The three exclaim before looking to one another with Leona being the first to look back at their hostess.

“I was told my skills would be tested in this tournament, not to be thrown into some silly freakshow match.”

Unphased by Leona's outburst, Miss. Spencer continues.

“In order to win this match you must knock your opponent off the scaffolding and into the water. Only when the other falls into the water will you become the victor.”

“Are you even listening to me?” Leona shouts as Miss. Spencer turns to her.

“Am I to take these outbursts as your resignation of this tournament?”

“What? I...no.” Leona sighs defeated in this exchange as she steps back allowing the hostess to continue.

“However, as this is being fought keijo style, you are only allowed to use your backside and bust as weapons. Any instance of touching with parts outside of the allowed areas will result in immediate disqualification. Is this understood?” Kasumi nods as Leona reluctantly does so as well.

“What are Queen's Rules though?” Kasumi asks as Leona also looks a little curious.

“Before this match begins, you will both be subject to designing an act to be performed by the loser. It can be anything from giving personal wealth to becoming one's slave.”

“What?” Kasumi proclaims as Leona growls.

“This just gets more and more stupid.”

“Those are the rules chosen for this contest. Also, you will be required to write down these requests and carry them with you during the match.”

“Alright,” Kasumi says. “I suppose you have paper and pens for us then?”

“In the changing room with your outfits.”

“Outfits?” Kasumi inquires.

Moments later, Kasumi stands alone in her changing room staring near white eyed at her “outfit” barely hanging on a coathanger off the wall.

“What the? This slip of paper is bigger than both pieces of that bikini put together! I can't even tell which side is front and which is back!”

“Need help?” Mai giggles from the outside.

“No! Go away! Stay out!” Kasumi fires back as Mai continues laughing some and turns to leave her friend to change. Kasumi looks back at the door for a moment then begrudgingly looks to the tiny rose tinted bit of fabric hanging before her. “I...suppose I've worn worse.”

After changing, Kasumi steps in front of the full length mirror to look herself over and again groans.

“Nothing this bad though.” She says as she pinches what she thinks is the part that covers the breasts and tugs them outward. “They barely even keep me covered. How am I supposed to fight while keeping this thing in place. Let alone,” She pauses to turn and examine the g-string buried deep between her cheeks. She again sighs then notices the piece of paper with the pen resting beside it. “Oh, right, still have to do that.”

After setting her hair back in a high ponytail, she picks both items over and begins to think.

“Anything I want from her...she might be a good ally in helping to find Chun Li. Mai seems to know her and is friendly enough with her. But...how useful could she be if she felt forced into it?” Kasumi thinks a bit more about it before hearing a voice echoing in through the vent above her. Looking up, she recognizes that it's Leona's. “She must be prepping herself. Wonder what she thinks of these outfits.”

“...failure.”

“Hm?” Kasumi looks back at the vents when she hears Leona's word and tilts her head before listening in for more.

“Everyone, they all died because of me. I couldn't control myself, I couldn't control this. I can't bring them peace if this is what they're seeing their killer as.”

Kasumi startles back against the wall covering her mouth and looks at the door quickly opening it checking around. When she notices Mai down the hall, she hurries up to her and whispers.

“She's a killer!”

Mai just nods.

“You knew? We have to do something. You're something of an authority now, right?”

“It's...complicated. She has a demon lurking inside her. She didn't want it to come out but it did, and it used her to slaughter everyone. Her friends, her family, no one was spared. When she realized what she had done, she attempted to kill herself but was convinced not to. Whether she wanted to admit it or not, she had become the last of her village.” Hearing the door open, Kasumi looks over to see Leona step out in an equally tiny outfit with a pale shade of blue. She doesn't give the two any attention but rather steps out for the pool area. “I suppose this is why she was so upset with the rules of this match. She wants to live for her family now, it's the least she can do to try and make it up to them.”

Mai, her story finished, turns and leaves Kasumi in the hall who, after a moment, heads back into her dressing room writing the word “smile” on her paper and departs for the match keeping the sheet held tightly in her hand.

Kasumi and Leona now stand up on the thin scaffolding high above the pool. There were several layers to it as it really did look like the framework for a building but each piece still looked as if it would severely hit if hit. Of course, it didn't help that to keep them from playing it safe and dropping down to lower levels as said beams were dripping wet from the hose Miss. Spencer now places down between herself and Mai.

“Was it really necessary to do that?” Mai asks as Miss. Spencer says nothing. Mai then looks up at Kasumi and shouts. “Good luck, Kasumi!”

Kasumi nods and looks back at Leona standing perfectly still all the while staring right back at her driving a feeling of nervousness straight down her spine.

“Begin!” Miss. Spencer shouts.

Leona quickly dashes her way toward Kasumi swinging her arms before lunging at her opponent swinging her hips with a rapid fire strike. Luckily, Kasumi is able to dodge back but already feels herself pinned against a pillar. Checking for a way around allows for Leona to drive herself forward catching Kasumi's head in between her breasts. She then quickly shrugs her shoulders forward capturing the redhead as she steps back and swings herself to the right hurtling Kasumi away.

“Kasumi!” Mai shouts as Kasumi manages to latch onto a beam and steady herself.

“I'm okay. Just...sur-whoa!”

Kasumi steps back as Leona once more lunges at her swinging her breasts wildly in a manner that builds momentum for a hip swing. Kasumi dodges this by jumping down to a lower level where she looks up only to find Leona jumping at her with her back arched cracking her breasts atop of Kasumi's head knocking her down two more levels where she manages to land and stabilize herself.

“I don't mean to distract you,” Mai begins before lowering her voice. “You're...no longer covered.”

Not really concerned about that now, Kasumi become more worried with the wetness she feels beneath her feet as she's only three levels now above the water. Once more she notices Leona diving downward at her with her back arched. This time, though, there's enough time for Kasumi to react as she jumps swinging out her hips knocking Leona sideways to another beam across the way. Mai begins to cheer as Kasumi parkours her way up a few levels to some dry beams where she stops to take a breather.

“Will you just give up?” Leona shouts at her still from her lower level. “The sooner one of us loses this match the sooner we can get to real competition.”

“Real competition?” Kasumi repeats to herself before eyeing a pillar close to Leona.

After a deep breath, Kasumi jumps down landing on her feet where she jumps swinging her hips for Leona's head. Leona manages to jump back as Kasumi jumps against the pillar for more momentum in a breast swing, which Leona manages to block with her own chest. From that, Kasumi jumps spinning her hips three times that Leona dodges. Kasumi comes down in a crouched position, which Leona looks to take advantage of swinging her breasts down. However, Kasumi flips back spreading her legs open as she catches Leona beneath the jaw with her breasts causing her to fall to the bottom level where she lands on her feet but staggers herself back against a pillar for balance. She looks up just as Kasumi steadies herself gazing down at her.

“Real competition is anywhere you go looking for it. Just because it seems unconventional to you doesn't mean there aren't those who try and excel at it. To try and be the best.”

Other than a few breaths, Leona says nothing and just listens.

“I don't know who you were before but I know what you want now.” Kasumi continues. “You want everyone you knew to see you fight, to know they wouldn't have stood a chance to begin with anyway.”

“What?” Leona shouts back growing angry as her hair begins to show tints of red. However, it doesn't stop Kasumi from continuing.

“That's why you became so serious, because you felt that's what they wanted you to be.”

Leona's hair starts going back to blue while her eyes water. Her mind flashes back to her father, Gaidel, a smile on his face and a hand atop her head.

“I'm sure they knew if you had the skill they'd want you to show it in every capacity you could. Fighting doesn't have to be serious business, you could try smiling once in a while!”

“Do not follow the Orochi blood,” Her father had told her. “Follow your own fate.”

Leona begins to cry out more as she tends to her tears with her forearm before looking back up at Kasumi.

“So show me what you have,” Kasumi says. “Show me what you feel you're worth being remembered for.”

Leona steels herself and nods hopping up to join Kasumi on the higher level. “You're right, I...should smile more. But not right now.”

“No,” Kasumi begins as she smirks readying herself for the next round. “Not right now.”

A set of office doors open and Chun Li stands in her uniform looking around as people pause their work surprised when they see their coworker begin to walk inside as if she hadn't been missing all this time. She continues forward as one of the higher ups steps out from helping a colleague to approach her.

“Chun...Li? You're back?”

“Who's this nerd?” Anesthesia mutters from her seat back in the operating room watching everything Chun Li was seeing. She sighs and places her bag of chips down dusting her hands to begin typing. “Let's just make this quick. I'm about business today.”

With a few strokes of the keys, she prompts the speech and Chun Li begins to speak.

“Obviously I am, otherwise I wouldn't be here.”

“Oops, forgot the smile.” Anesthesia giggles inputting the command prompt for that.

“It's just...when you disappeared, we weren't certain what had happened.”

“Oh my Lord, this one just doesn't quit.” Anesthesia groans as she continues typing.

“Yes, it's been a hard time,” Chun Li explains, “But I'm ready to return to work now so if you'll excuse me.”

“Beat it.” Anesthesia tells the man in her monitor who steps aside allowing Chun Li to pass by. “Hm...51's office is around here somewhere...bingo!”

Anesthesia continues typing as Chun Li opens the door and steps inside her office closing herself in before approaching the computer.

“Well, let us see...what we have here.” Anesthesia says as the computer activates its facial recognizer. “So sophisticated. Forgot I might need a password for this.”

Once the scan is complete, the computer unlocks itself for Chun Li's use as Anesthesia leans in close to her monitor so she can read the files from the computers monitor.

“Hm...oh! Missing fighters report. I wonder if it's my missing fighters report. Well, let's just see who Interpol is laying the blame on, shall I?”

She enters a command prompt for Chun Li to open the file and open it she does allowing Anesthesia to see everything inside. Though seeing the mass amount of files has her groaning as she rests back in her chair and looks over at the clock.

Die Fledermaus is in a few hours, I don't have time for all this. Just test the upload.” Anesthesia presses a few keys and a second monitor comes to life with several files being copied over much to her delight. “Oh my, this is certainly faster than expected. No one rushing in?”

Chun Li looks up at the door to show the good doctor no one was indeed intruding.

Excellent. I could have most of Interpol at this rate. Well, 51, you just keep go-hello. There's certainly a lot about this Shadowloo in these personal reports. Have you been blaming them, 51? Naughty girl. Stupid girl. Actually,” Anesthesia's lips curl into a smile as she bites down on a chip. “Good girl. Let them keep chasing that empty rabbit hole. Though I'm quite curious to know more about them. Let's do a search.”

After helping herself to another chip and quickly licking her fingers, Anesthesia continues typing bringing Chun Li's hands to life as she goes to typing as well with a search for all things Shadowloo on her computer.

“Names...names...names...all I don't know...criminal activities, yadda-yadda-yadda. Wait...this looks interesting. Tanden Engine...”

Anesthesia opens the file as soon as it comes to her computer for a clearer look seeing an image of Seth with the engine inside his abdomen.

Interesting, interesting. What's this Feng Shui engine?” Anesthesia opens it up and is immediately hit with an image of Juri along with an obtained video of the engine being put inside her eye. Almost immediately after the input, Juri goes berserk killing everyone in a vicious bloodbath much to Anesthesia's growing desire. “Die Fledermaus, eat your heart out.“

Their match over, Kasumi groans following her loss as she's given a brightly colored hula hoop by Leona.

“This...this is what you wanted for winning?” Kasumi questions taking the plastic hoop.

“I couldn't think of anything else. Now get to hooping.”

Kasumi groans again and begins to shake her hips about stopping when she feels her bikini loosening up again. She cries out covering herself calls her out on her stopping. Mai just chuckles softy to herself when she hears her phone going off. Taking a look she sees that the number is that of her Interpol contact. Turning from the scene of Leona and Kasumi, Mai takes the call.

“Hello? This is Mai. Really? She is? Can...can I talk with her? Yes, I'll hold.” Mai exclaims happily upon hearing of her friends return. She looks back ready to share the news with Kasumi but sees her busy with Leona.

“If it's so easy,” Kasumi begins to Leona, “Why don't you do it?”

Kasumi holds the hoop for Leona who takes it ready to accept the challenge as Mai hears the familiar voice of her friend.

“Hello?”

“Chun Li?”

“Yes.”

“It's Mai.”

“Great,” Anesthesia groans rolling her eyes as files continue to upload to her computer. “Another gnat to pester me. Who is this person anyway? Do a search.”

“Chun Li?” Mai asks after getting nothing but silence. “You still there?”

“Shut up and wait...” Anesthesia replies looking over the search results. Finding too many files, she just shrugs her shoulders. “Friends, why not?”

“Yes, I'm still here, Mai.” Chun Li answers in a warmer tone.

“Oh, thank goodness.” Mai says happily.

“Nailed it.” Anesthesia congratulates herself taking another chip.

“I'm sorry to have worried you these past few weeks, but I'm very-”

“Do you have a moment? To catch up, I mean.” Mai interrupts Anesthesia's attempts at getting rid of her causing the doctor to rest her head in her hand.

Can I not just have one day where I completely subjegate an Interpol employee for the sole purposes of gaining access to classified information? Just one day! Wait...what's this? Open.” Upon Anesthesia's written command, Chun Li opens a file all about Mai Shiranui detailing her out for the doctor's eyes to see. “Hm, fighter, not too bad looking. I wonder if she's already in the tournament.” Anesthesia taps her finger against her keyboard before ultimately shrugging. “Or I could just test out 51's combat capabilities before sending her out for this Juri person. That sounds more fun.”

“Of course we can,” Chun Li eventually answers. “Just name the time and place and I'll be there.”
